How Septic Service Requests Work

CHECKED · JUL 23 2026

A request moves from your call or form to a third-party provider that confirms scope, availability, pricing, and terms directly with you.

Calls reach a recorded intake line. Your request is reviewed and may be shared with an available third-party provider.

Independent service-request website. Calls and forms may be shared with a third-party provider. The provider confirms availability, pricing, and service terms.

Step 1 — You describe it

By phone or through the request form, you give the property address and city, whether it is a home, rental, managed property, or commercial site, and what is happening: when it started, whether it is constant or intermittent, and whether wastewater is exposed. You do not need to know which part failed — that is what the provider’s visit is for. Calls reach a recorded intake line. Your request is reviewed and may be shared with an available third-party provider.

Step 2 — The request is routed

Your call or form may be shared with a third-party provider serving the area. Routing is not a guarantee: whether a provider takes the request depends on its coverage, equipment, authorization, and schedule. If no provider confirms, you have lost a phone call, not a deposit.

Step 3 — The provider confirms everything that matters

The provider — never this website — tells you whether the address, system type, and requested work fit; what timing is available; whether inspection or evaluation comes before pricing; what the work costs; and what its service terms are. Calling or submitting a form does not commit you to approve work.

What we never do

We do not diagnose systems from descriptions, issue permits, perform work, set prices, or guarantee availability. Data handling for calls and forms is covered in the privacy policy; the site’s terms are in the terms of service. Who publishes this site is on the about page.
