TallahasseeSepticRepair.com is an independent service-request website published by Tallahassee Septic Repair. By using the site, calling the number on it, or submitting the request form, you agree to these terms. The site connects requests with third-party service providers; it does not perform septic work, issue permits, or act as anyone’s agent for pricing or scheduling.

Provider responsibility

Any provider that responds to your request is an independent business responsible for its own legal authorization, registrations, diagnosis, workmanship, scheduling, pricing, and service terms. Your agreement for septic work is with the provider, not with this website. Verify registrations through FDEP’s lookups — linked on the resources page — before authorizing work.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that any provider is available, that a request will be accepted, that a response will arrive in any particular time, or that any outcome will result. Educational content on this site describes rules and sources as of their stated verification dates; it is not engineering, legal, or medical advice, and it is not a diagnosis of your system.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, other people’s personal information without authority, or automated traffic designed to abuse the intake. We may decline to process requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its publisher are not liable for damages arising from provider work, provider conduct, reliance on educational content, or inability to use the site — beyond any amount you paid to this website, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
