Who operates this site
This website is published by Tallahassee Septic Repair. It is an independent service-request website, not a septic contractor. Questions about this policy: contact@tallahasseesepticrepair.com.
What we collect
Form submissions. When you send a service request, we collect what you enter: name, phone, optional email, city or ZIP, property and system details, timeline, optional address, notes, and your message — plus the consent version you agreed to, the page the request came from, basic campaign parameters (such as UTM values and click identifiers) when present, and your browser’s user-agent string. A hashed, non-reversible identifier derived from your network address is stored briefly for abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored.
Phone calls. When you call the number on this site, the call is handled as described on the page where the number appears. Calls are not recorded by this website.
How requests are shared
Service requests exist to be shared: your call or form may be shared with one or more third-party service providers that may be able to help, so a provider can contact you about this request by phone, text, or email. Providers use your information under their own policies once they receive it. We do not sell request data to unrelated advertisers.
Analytics and cookies
This site currently runs no third-party analytics, session-recording, or call-tracking tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the tools are enabled.
Retention
Service-request records are retained while they are useful for routing, follow-up, and legal record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized. Abuse-prevention counters expire on a rolling basis measured in hours.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information this website holds about your request, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion (subject to records we must keep) by emailing contact@tallahasseesepticrepair.com. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase, and you can tell any provider that contacts you to stop.
Changes
Material changes to this policy are posted here with a new effective date. See also the terms of service.
